Last updated: June 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We follow a data-minimisation approach: we collect only what the Service needs to work.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email and hashed password.
- Files you upload: processed to produce your requested output. On the free plan they are deleted automatically one hour after creation.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only a customer reference, plan and payment history — never your card number.
- Basic usage/diagnostics: to keep the Service secure and reliable (e.g. rate-limiting by IP).
How we use it
To provide the tools, process payments, prevent abuse, and support you. We do not sell your data and do not use your documents to train AI models.
AI processing
When you use AI Chat or Summarize, the relevant document text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your answer. It is not retained for training.
Retention
Free-tier files and outputs: deleted after 1 hour. Account data: kept while your account is active. You can delete files anytime and request account deletion.
